30-Day First "Trial For Purchase" Order Return Period:
 
Your initial, first order, single unit, purchase can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, provided the unit is returned in undamaged condition and in good working order.  All items are required to be received by Output Technology, Inc. within 30 days from the date on the packing slip for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling.

Before returning a product, you MUST first contact Output Technology and obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) by calling us at 763.546.9078, or emailing info@outputtechnology.com.  Then write the RGA number on the outside of the box the items are returned in.  Please note, to be eligible for a credit/refund, all items must be in their original purchase condition, including all product documentation.  If items are not in their original condition and in good working order, no credit/refund will be issued.  Be sure to pack the items for safe shipment. 

Ship the products at your expense, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.  Output Technology is not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments. 
 
Please allow three to four weeks for your credit/refund to be processed.

The 30-day return policy only applies to a first "trial for purchase" order and single unit purchase.  Please see product warranty for all other ordered items.
